For the longest, I talked myself out of starting this very blog. I asked myself if people really cared about what I had to say — after all, I’m just a “regular” girl from South Carolina. Then I realized: just as I have been trying to navigate life, there are others doing the same! What if, follow me here, sharing myself could reach someone and help them along the way?!

Sooo... I’m excited about my journey in life, being authentically me, maintaining my peace & happiness, and loving on myself through it all. I realized a few years ago that life is a series of journeys — some good, some not so good; some you choose and others are chosen for you. I’ve also learned that no matter how they end, there’s always some growth and lessons that come along with them. I’d like to share these things with you — the good, bad and ugly. I also hope that in all my sharing, it’ll bring someone some joy, encouragement, laughter and maybe even a little inspiration to you!
